The heart of the Spacepower Conference takes place December 10-12, 2024.
Here’s some additional information to get the most out of your experience. We’ll continue to provide details as the conference dates get closer.

Dress Code

During the conference, aim for a polished look.
OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) Uniform for Military
Business Casual for all others (eg. sport coat with an open collar or a smart blouse with tailored pants or skirt)
Spacepower Awards Show Dinner & USSF B-Day
Service Dress (Class A uniform), Blues (Class B uniform) for Military
Formal business attire for all others (eg. suit and tie, or a business suit or dress

On-Site Registration Requirements

On the day of the event, please bring a valid ID and the email confirmation of your ticket purchase & registration so we can confirm your identity and issue your badge onsite.
If you registered for a Guardian ticket or Military discounted ticket, you will also need to provide your military ID.

Lunch

Boxed lunches are available as an add-on with your conference ticket and served in the Crystal Ballroom daily at the time stated on the live agenda.

All sessions will be recorded and made available within 30 days post event.
Professional photography and videography will be conducted during this event. By attending, you acknowledge and consent to your image and likeness being captured and used in future promotional materials. We appreciate your participation and look forward to creating a memorable experience together.
By entering The SFA Spacepower Conference, you consent to being photographed or filmed for any purpose, including use in media and advertising. This consent waives your rights to privacy, publicity, and inspection of these recordings. The Military PA will review official SFA photos taken by SFA with military leaders. If you disagree, please refrain from entering the event premises.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend and need a refund 7 days before the event due to illness, we will be happy to provide a partial refund for you. A doctor’s letter will be required for verification. For military deployment/assignment, you may be refunded up to 24 hours before the conference begins.
