Colonel William A. Woolf, USAF (Ret), President and Founder

Bill “Hippie” Woolf is a retired Air Force colonel and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Space Force Association. Bill is also the CEO of the Woolf Consulting Group, LLC.  The Woolf Consulting Group provides strategic advisory services in space and multi-domain operations. 

Col Woolf served over 24 years in the Air Force retiring in 2018. He is a career space and nuclear officer in high-impact operations, staff leadership, and technical program management positions, with peerless depth and breadth of experience in advanced space programs and Joint All-Domain Command and Control. Bill is a graduate of the United States Air Force Weapons School.

Lang Eric Sundby

Eric Sundby serves as the Executive Director of the Space Force Association. In his role at SFA he has led initiatives to create a Congressional Space Force Caucus, fostering bipartisan support for the newest U.S. military branch, led efforts to launch SFA’s national Spacepower Conference, and has created advocacy programs in higher education, e-sports, and the wider space industry.

He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, an MSc in Global Security from the University of Glasgow, a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Space Studies from the Florida Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing a EMGM at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, and a PhD in Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota.

Pam Lincon

Pam has served over 30 years in the United States Air Force with various command and executive level leadership assignments at squadron, wing, Air Staff and combatant command assignments. Her career spans intercontinental ballistic missiles, space operations, studies and analyses and human resource lifecycle management.

Pam has attended senior executive courses at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and Defense Acquisition University. She holds a master of science degree in military studies from Air University and a masters of science in aviation management from Embry Riddle University. She holds a bachelor of science degree in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh. Pam currently serves as the Director, Space and Air Program Development at Systems Planning Analysis, Inc

General Joseph L. Lengyel, USAF (Retired)

General Lengyel retired from the Air Force as a four-star General. His final military assignment was as the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, where he also served as a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  In this capacity, he was a military advisor to the President, the Secretary of Defense, and the National Security Council and was the Department of Defense’s official channel of communication to the Governors and the State Adjutants General on all matters pertaining to the National Guard. As the most senior National Guard Officer in the nation, Lengyel was responsible to oversee the $28B Army and Air National Guard budgets making sure 450K members of the National Guard  were trained and ready across the spectrum of all National Guard military capabilities.

Lengyel was commissioned in 1981 as a graduate of the ROTC program at the University of North Texas in Denton.  He served at home and around the world primarily as an F-16 Fighter Pilot. In 1991, General Lengyel joined the Texas Air National Guard and simultaneously started a civilian career as a pilot for Delta Air Lines.  General Lengyel held multiple commands in complex environments. Prior to serving at the National Guard Bureau, Lengyel was the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché in Cairo, Egypt during the Arab Spring. Now retired from both the Air Force, and from Delta Air Lines, he and his wife Sally reside in the Hill Country north of San Antonio, Texas. They have three grown children and three grandchildren.

Tim coffin

With over 25 years in the Space Domain, General Coffin has expertise in areas like joint operations, missile warning, and SATCOM. His roles span from force design, international partnerships to space surveillance maintenance, supporting various DOD space activities. As the Managing Director of MITRE’s Space Warfighting Division, he served as a Senior Advisor for Space Domain Awareness to the US Space Force, and held key roles in Leidos Defense & Intelligence Group post his retirement from the US Army in 2017.

During 2014-2016, General Coffin led the White Sands Missile Range, overseeing advanced systems testing and development. His leadership extended in various commands fostering joint requirements concerning space and missile defense. His tenure also saw him as the J3 Director of Operations for JFCC Space during crucial space events. General Coffin’s educational accolades include graduation from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Army War College. His service has been recognized with awards like the Distinguished Service Medal and Defense Superior Service Medal.

Danielle storan

Ms Storan is the President and CEO of Integrity ISR, a Woman-Owned Small Business providing Intelligence, Space, and Cyber expertise to the US Government, industry, and foreign partners. Before establishing Integrity ISR as a federal services contractor in 2018, Ms. Storan ran a successful consulting company, advising both large and small businesses on the sale of international defense articles and services. She also served as a branch chief in the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, where she excelled at building and leading multidisciplinary US Air Force and interagency teams to develop and execute strategic engagement plans and activities for more than 30+ countries.

Ms. Storan skillfully managed over $29B in security cooperation portfolios for complex foreign acquisition, sustainment, and training programs and developed foreign assistance strategies to achieve security cooperation objectives, including managing the associated funding requirements. Ms. Storan also has communications and marketing experience, serving as a political appointee in public affairs for the Secretary of Health and Human Services and US Surgeon General and two presidential campaigns. Ms. Storan holds a Master of Science in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the College of William and Mary.

Sir Kenneth Geyer

As an entrepreneur since 1990, Kenneth has always focused on defense technology, from virtual reality systems and head mounted displays (HMD) to the rapid proliferation of commercial drones and a need for counter unmanned systems, Mr. Geyer’s focus is to provide advanced products that provide customers with the tools to achieve their missions. He has successfully launched 9 companies within the Aerospace and military industry over the years primarily focused on cutting-edge technologies and rapidly bringing effective products to the warfighter.


Mr. Geyer was the Founder and CEO of Liteye Systems which he Co-Founded in 2000. Kenneth and his team built a strong and profitable core business with military and commercial customers. As a small business, Liteye strategically aligned with key global partners to bring new and cutting-edge solutions to the market including Counter Unmanned Defense systems deployed with US Air Force and US Army in 10 different countries that defends lives & critical infrastructure from enemy drone attacks. This technology is now coming to US Space Force to protect ground launch operations. Kenneth sold Liteye recently and its now Highpoint Aerotechnologies.


Kenneth lives in beautiful Parker Colorado with his wife and three kids. When not building companies or assisting young entrepreneurs starting theirs, he loves fly fishing, skiing, and Avalanche hockey.
He’s currently a partner in Scott McAllen holdings, a private fund helping to incubate small defense tech businesses supporting the warfighter.
