What is the Spacepower Conference?
The Spacepower Conference is an annual event dedicated to advancements in space technology, policy, and exploration. It brings together industry leaders, government officials, and innovators to share insights and foster collaboration.
When and where is the conference taking place?
The Spacepower Conference will be held from December 10-13, 2024, at the Hilton Orlando, Orlando, FL.
Who should attend the Spacepower Conference?
The conference is ideal for professionals in aerospace, defense, and technology sectors, as well as government and military officials, students, and anyone interested in space innovation and policy.
What is the dress code for the Spacepower Conference?
OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) Uniform for Military:
Business Causal for all others (eg. sport coat with an open collar or a smart blouse with taileored pants or skirt)
Spacepower Awards Gala & USSF B-Day:
Service Dress (Class A uniform) for MilitaryÂ
Formal Business attire for all others (eg. suit and tie, or a business suit or dress)
What will be the On-Site Registration Requirements?
On the day of the event, please bring a valid ID and the email confirmation of your ticket purchase & regristration so we can confirm your identity and issue your badge onsite.
If you registered for a Guardian tickt or Military discounted ticket, you will also need to provide your military ID.
How do I register for the conference?
You can register on our website under the “SpacePower Tickets” section. Early bird and group discounts may apply.Â
What are the different ticket types available?
We offer General Admission, VIP, and All-Access Passes. Each pass provides different levels of access to sessions, events, and exclusive lounges.
Are there discounts for students or groups?
Yes, we offer discounts for students, active-duty military, and group bookings. Please visit the registration page for details on eligibility.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made before 7 days are eligible for a partial refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this date.
Where can I find the conference schedule?
The full schedule, including session details and speakers, will be available on our website and in the conference app closer to the event date. See SpacePower Agenda.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, most sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees after the conference.
Are there networking opportunities at the conference?
Absolutely! We offer several networking events, including a welcome reception, breakout sessions, and a Gala and Awards Dinner.
Who are the keynote speakers?
Keynote speakers include industry leaders and influential figures in space and defense. See Meet Our Speakers for a full list.
Can I submit a proposal to speak at the conference?
Our call for speakers has closed, but we encourage you to apply for future conferences. Stay tuned to our website for updates.
When should I arrive for my session?
Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your session.

How do I become an exhibitor or sponsor?

What are the benefits of sponsorship?
Sponsorship offers brand visibility, access to exclusive networking events, and opportunities to present directly to attendees, among other benefits.
Is there an exhibit hall, and where can I find a map?
Yes, there will be a designated exhibit hall. A map and exhibitor list will be available on our website and the event app closer to the event date.
What hotel accommodations are available?
The Hilton Orlando is our main conference hotel. We have secured a block of rooms at a special rate, available until December 9th- 13th or until the block is sold out.
Is there transportation provided to and from the venue?
Attendees are responsible for their transportation. However, the venue is easily accessible from Orlando International Airport, and various transport options are available.
Do I need a visa to attend if I’m coming from outside the United States?
International attendees may require a visa. We recommend checking with your local embassy or consulate for travel requirements.
What health and safety measures will be in place?
We are committed to providing a safe environment. Please refer to our Health and Safety page for the latest protocols, including any requirements for vaccinations, masks, or testing.
What should I do if I feel unwell during the conference?
We ask that anyone feeling unwell refrain from attending sessions and visit the onsite medical team for assistance.

Will there be time set aside for deliveries?
