The SFA Boston Chapter connects Guardians assigned at New Boston and Cape Cod Space Force Stations with the region’s dense space and defense ecosystem, including Raytheon, L3Harris Technologies, and BAE Systems, alongside academic partners at MIT, the University of Massachusetts, and Harvard University. The chapter is known for the breadth of its membership, drawing junior and senior Guardians, research nonprofits, tech accelerators, university researchers, venture capitalists, students, and startups alongside established industry.

SFA Boston hosts the Northeast Space Defense and Innovation Summit and partners with the Boston Space Network, the Northeast Space Economic Coalition, and the Association of Old Crows. The chapter meets the first Friday of each month.
