Rules for Use of SFA Collective Mark
Purpose
This sets forth the rules governing how members of the Association may use the The Space Force Association “SFA” Collective Mark (hereinafter referred to as the “Collective Mark”):

Permitted Use by Members
Members in good standing may use the Mark solely to:
- Identify themselves as members of the Association
- Promote Association-related activities, programs, or events
- Reference their affiliation with the Association in a truthful and non-misleading manner
All use must be consistent with the Association’s mission, values, and reputation.
Prohibited Use
Members may not:
- Use the Mark in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by the Association of non-Association products, services, or activities
- Alter, distort, or modify the Mark
- Use the Mark in any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate manner
- Permit third parties to use the Mark through sublicensing, assignment, or transfer
Quality and Control
The Association retains full ownership of the Mark and the right to oversee and control its use. The Association may request samples of use and may require changes or discontinuation of use if it determines that the Mark is being used inconsistently with these rules.
Revocation of Permission
Permission to use the Mark is automatically revoked if a member ceases to be in good standing or if the Association determines that use of the Mark violates these rules. Upon revocation, the member must promptly cease all use of the Mark.
Modifications
These rules are not fixed and may be updated, modified, or refined by the Association from time to time at its discretion.
